we will not give or sell confidential or personal information

your personal information and guarantees privacy.
CREDIT CARD
POLICY
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. You can
use MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. We
do not
store your credit card information.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
It usually takes 3-7 business days from the receipt of your
order until shipment. Ours are handcrafted specialty products
and we do not warehouse. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. In
most cases this means 2-3 days shipping time. You will receive
a notification when your order has shipped. INGREDIENTS POLICY
Oak Bay Naturals uses only natural ingredients in all of
our products. You will not find synthetic ingredients or
preservatives. Please be advised, our creams and lotions
have a shelf life of 8 - 12 months. Please refrigerate
any unused lotions or creams after 3 months. Because of
the nature of our products, some natural separation may
occur. Stir or shake product before each use.
PRODUCT RETURN
POLICY
Oak Bay Naturals does not accept returned product. If we
have shipped the wrong item to you or if your item has
arrived damaged we will reship the correct
item to you. If you receive an item in error, or a damaged item, please call
customer service: 1-360-385-5728. We do not issue refunds but will credit your
account.
